Wow! Holly is really growing, both in size and personality. She is really coming into her own, showing her independence and mind of her own, but still being the sweet, cuddly little girl that she has been.
We have had a busy last few months. Holly has gotten sick twice, but was a real trooper through the stuffy nose and coughing fits. She is busy learning to walk and will take 5 of 6 steps at a time if she's not in too much of a hurry. If she really wants to get somewhere, walking is not the way to go still.
If I am lucky, Holly will type for a while, or play with various other things around the office. She sometimes plays with quilt and fabric scraps, a pair of chopsticks, or a telephone book - these are my favorites for her to play with. She also loves the shelves full of file folders, mailing envelopes, the stack of owner's manuals I HAD neatly stacked to sort through and throw away, or the pretty blue button on the computer...the one that puts it in sleep mode...these are HER favorites to play with while in the office.
The end of another long, hard day for my precious little girl. And sleeping in Mama's bed again! This is her favorite place to sleep (still) and she has become quite the bed hog. Her favorite sleeping spot is right in the middle of the bed. Add 2 cats who claim their favorite places, and where is the Mama supposed to sleep? A queen sized bed is looking better and better all the time!

Hee hee, so you did Kerry! That's ok! I'll take any update of sweet little Holly.
That last pic with her bottom up in the air is my favorite. Although it's really hard to have a favorite with these pics.
It's clear that Holly is blossoming with your love and vice versa.
Yes, diaper boxes are ENDLESSLY entertaining. You have given me great ideas re playing in the office, i.e. an old keyboard and a telephone book! Perfect!
And I have just recently been thinking what about a king-sized bed. Alex never sleeps with us, so we are OK now, but we are going to be in the market for a new bed soon, and what if number 2 needs to co-sleep (whenever he or she may arrive)??
As usual, Holly's hair and eyes are so beautiful (and those cheeks)! I love seeing how different, yet the same, her face looks in the tub. Alex could watch the water come out of the faucet all day.
We have got to get these two together sometime :)
Nice to see the update photos! What a precious face...and I'm jealous of her thick hair! She needs to come give Matthew some lessons on walking and growing teeth...he refuses both!
She sure is a sweetie!!!
I love that Holly crawls to the tub and bangs on it. Mama, bath! The last picture is incredibly sweet. Sweet dreams,
Tara
That bed DOES look comfy! Congrats-she's adorable!

Hey there!
Oh my gosh, Holly is adorable! That Chinese New Year dealy sounds sweet. She's got so big since the last pictures you posted! She's starting to walk and everything- so COOL! And I'm pretty sure Holly has more hair than I do... haha :)
Take care!
